RETURNS POLICY


Whiteheads Timber Sales Ballarat Pty Ltd (ABN 14 096 667 702) is happy to assist our customers and trades people wishing to return goods purchased from our Ballarat store.

Our policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns with a tax invoice or receipt

We can provide a refund when:

  • Goods MUST be in original saleable condition including packaging
  • Goods MUST not have been altered in any way
  • Goods have not been exposed to weather and have been kept stacked flat and level without direct contact to the ground
  • Restocking fee’s may be applied
  • Returns without a tax invoice or receipt
    For change of mind returns we will require and record proof of identification (e.g. drivers’ licence) Returns may not be able to be accepted without this.
  • With the above, we can offer an immediate exchange for “like goods”
  • Goods MUST be in original saleable condition including packaging
  • Goods MUST not have been altered in any way
  • Goods have not been exposed to weather and have been kept stacked flat and level without direct contact to the ground
  • Restocking fee’s may be applied

All refunds will be made using the original tender, Credit card purchases must be processed back onto a credit card.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on Custom ordered in products or products specifically cut to size at your request

Any damage to timber must be reported to Whiteheads Timber Ballarat within 48 hours of pick up or delivery.
